The business admin panel is your central hub for managing everything on your Selected With Trust profile. Reach it by signing in and clicking “Manage my business” from the navigation menu.
Profile & Information
Update your business name, category, address, service area, contact details, opening hours, and description at any time. Changes appear on your public profile within a few minutes.
Review Management
All incoming reviews appear here with the reviewer’s first name, star rating, and written feedback. From this view you can:
- Reply publicly to any review — your response appears directly below the original on your profile
- Flag a review for moderation if it violates platform guidelines
- Filter by rating, date, or reply status

Tip: responding to reviews — especially critical ones — is one of the most effective trust signals for potential new customers viewing your profile.
Photos
Upload photos of your premises, completed work, team, or products. The number of photos you can upload depends on your subscription tier. Photos are reviewed for compliance before being published on your profile.
Business Posts
Business posts let you share updates, seasonal offers, or announcements directly on your profile. Posts appear in a timeline visible to anyone viewing your listing. Each tier includes a monthly post allocation. Unused posts do not roll over to the next month.
Analytics
The analytics tab shows profile views, review impressions, click-throughs to your website, and trust badge embed performance. Available on Pro and above.
Subscription & Billing
View your current plan, download invoices, and update your payment method. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription from this tab. All invoices are VAT-compliant and available as PDF.
