Selected With Trust lets businesses post job openings directly on their profile. Candidates browsing your reviews and rating discover your vacancies in context — you are not just a job posting, you are a verified employer with a public reputation.

Creating a job listing

Go to your admin panel and open the Jobs tab. Click “New listing” and complete the form:

  • Job title
  • Employment type — full-time, part-time, freelance, or internship
  • Location — on-site, hybrid, or remote (with city if on-site or hybrid)
  • Salary range (optional but strongly encouraged — listings with salary attract more applicants)
  • Application deadline
  • Full job description
  • Application method — a link to your own ATS or a direct email address

Tier limits

The number of active listings you can run simultaneously depends on your plan:

  • Free — 0 listings
  • Starter — up to 5 listings
  • Pro — up to 10 listings
  • Business — up to 20 listings
  • Business+ — up to 40 listings

A listing is counted as active until you mark it as filled or delete it. Listings past their application deadline are archived automatically but do not free up a slot until closed.

What candidates see

Job listings appear in a dedicated section on your business profile page and are also indexed in the platform-wide job search. Candidates can filter by category, location, employment type, and salary range. Your business name, star rating, review count, and verified status are shown alongside each listing, giving candidates context about your company before they apply.

Managing your listings

From the Jobs tab you can edit, pause, reactivate, or close any listing at any time. Closed listings are archived and visible to you for reference but no longer shown to candidates. You can duplicate a previous listing to speed up re-posting for recurring roles.
